Know Your Rights
- You have the right to remain silent. You do not have to answer questions about your immigration status or where you were born.
- You have the right to refuse entry. ICE generally needs a warrant signed by a judge to enter your home.
- You have the right to a lawyer. You can ask to speak with an attorney before signing anything.
